Story Academy is a purpose-built school for children and young people with special educational needs in Nigeria.

 We provide a nurturing and structured environment where each learner is respected, understood, and supported through a customized education plan. Our transdisciplinary approach brings together teachers, therapists, and families to ensure students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Story Academy was born from a dream shared by Wumi and her late husband, Leke—a man of vision, integrity, and deep commitment to family.  Their journey began with a desire to build a future where children with special needs, like their son Samuel, could be truly supported.
Leke’s encouragement and belief in inclusive education helped lay the foundation for what would become a lasting legacy: a school grounded in purpose, empathy, and opportunity for all.
